This tool might help determine whether your symptoms were likely to be COVID-19 or not by implementing the model from this paper: https://www.nature.com/articles/s41591-020-0916-2.
The study was published in May 2020, using about 7000 known-positive COVID-19 cases with self-reported symptoms to derive and test said model. Note that this does not predict whether you currently have COVID-19 but whether you have had COVID-19.

Note that this is NOT validated or endorsed by the authors of that paper and that this is NOT a replacement for a real test!
I personally compared the results with doing the calculation manually, but regardless, the uncertainty in this implementation and the uncertainty in the original model compound. The result below is a vague indication only.

Because the data must not leave your browser, the computation is done with JavaScript and there is no fallback pure HTML form. Your browser does not appear to support JavaScript and so this calculation will not work. There are no scripts on the page except the test itself: no visitor counting, no ads, no tracking, no nothing.
